The Matrox Maevex 7112H is a single-channel H.264/H.265 encoder offering 4K60 input capture and encoding with zero-latency pass-through. Utilizing HEVC technology, it reduces bandwidth usage while ensuring compatibility with other HEVC solutions. The encoder supports various streaming protocols and adjustable parameters, all housed in a quiet, low-power, rack-ready design. The Maevex 7100 Series includes the PowerStream Plus application and the new Command Center web interface for simplified management. TAA-compliant models are also available.

Enterprise-grade security features include Microsoft Active Directory integration, HTTPS communication, verified firmware updates, and 802.1x network authentication (available in future releases), along with SRT protocol support with AES encryption for secure streaming. With flexible protocols like MPEG2-TS, RTP, RTMP, RTSP, and SRT, Maevex ensures reliable performance across LAN, WAN, and internet connections, even on unstable networks. Compact and efficient, it delivers content to on-premises endpoints, cloud servers, or network locations like NAS and NVR while supporting RTMP for cloud integration and SRT for high-quality streaming.
